Long description
The TLQ is a roller telescopic rail with double row ball bearings and induction hardened raceways. It is a very compact slide with a square cross section that offer good load capacities, both axial and radial, and are particularly suitable for vertical applications, thanks to their compactness and light weight. Possible customised stroke.Main advantages:• High load capacity due to special through-hardened rollers with double row ball bearings.• Designed for demanding automated applications (high loads and speeds, shocks, variable strokes, etc.).• Stroke can be easily customized by repositioning the slider distances.• Very low opening / closing force and excellent quality of movement, even under load, thanks to its minimal deflection.• Good cleaning, proper lubrication and reduced maintenance thanks to pre-oiled felts on the strong wipers.• High corrosion resistance and durability thanks to induction hardening and many surface treatments available.• Wide operating temperature range from -20°C to +110°C.
