Long description
The TQN is a roller telescopic rail with radial ball bearings and hardened with Rollon-Nox treatment. It is a very compact slide with a square cross section that offer good load capacities, both axial and radial, and are particularly suitable for vertical applications, thanks to their compactness and light weight. Possible customised stroke.Main advantages:• Designed for automated applications (variable strokes, vertical strokes etc.).• Stroke can be easily customized by repositioning the slider distances.• Very low opening / closing force and excellent quality of movement, even under load, thanks to its minimal deflection.• Excellent reliability in dirty environments thanks to large rolling elements and sliders with wipers.• High corrosion resistance and durability thanks to the Rollon-Nox hardening treatment of deep nitriding and oxidation.• Wide operating temperature range from -20°C to +80°C.
