Vertical version of highly efficient high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump with in-line connections, IEC motor with motor efficiency class IE5 and integrated, air-cooled frequency converter. The integrated frequency converter enables variable speed, pressure and PID control. Control modes *Speed control: Manually via Green Button or an external signal *Constant or variable pressure: Pressure control via sensor, setpoint configuration via Green Button or external signal *PID control: other constant control variables (temperature, volume flow, pressure…) with sensor, setpoint adjustment with Green Button, by means of external signals The electronic module offers various protective functions including overload protection, low-water recognition as well as safeguards for mains under or overvoltage, high ambient temperature, phase failure, blocked pumps and short-circuits. Error messages are output to the display. Input: *In1: Input, sensor signal 4 – 20 mA, 0 – 10 V, 0 – 20 mA or 2 – 10 V *In2: Input, setpoint 0 – 20 mA, 0 – 10 V, 4 – 20 mA or 2 – 10 V Output: *Voltage output (+24 V) with max. contact strength of 60 mA *Potential-free collective run and fault signals *External On/Off mode. *Slot for Wilo-IF modules Modbus, BACnet, CAN, PLR, LON for connection to the building automation The pump and motor shafts are connected via clamp coupling. A special lantern ball bearing ensures optimum admission of axial thrusts. Special, built-in lifting eyes allow the pump to be easily installed. The pump is suitable for use in water distribution and boosting, industrial circulation systems, process water circulation systems and closed cooling circuits. It can also be used in washing systems as well as for irrigation. Different shaft seal versions and rubber material available on request. *The spacer coupling enables the mechanical seal to be replaced quickly and easily without removing the motor (from 5.5 kW and higher). *Round DIN counter flange made of grey cast iron or stainless steel, screws, nuts and gaskets are available as accessories. *Optional plug-in IF module *Sensors are available as accessories. *Bypass sets are available as accessories.
