The SN consists of a drawn steel C-profiled guide rail with hardened and ground raceways and a ball-caged slider that runs within the guide rail. High load capacities, compact cross-sections and simple and easy mounting are its main characteristics. Several sliders can run in a common ball cage within the guide rails, and the slider lengths can vary as well.Main advantages:• The best space/load capacity ratio of Rollon “Linear Line” range: max load up to 122000 N, sizes up to 63 mm.• High performance in single-rail configuration. The large width of the rail allows a steady positioning of the rail on its support.• Fixing screws dimensioned to achieve a strong rail/frame connection. 10.9 quality fixing screws recommended.• Wide and strong rail/frame interface allows medium-performance material for the frame and mounting of the rail on unmachined surfaces.• Linear accuracy of 0.1 mm/m.• Operating temperature range between -20°C and +130°C.
