SoniFoam cable box "System Wichmann" ® Z-19.15-202. Fire-resistant S90 bulkheads for cable penetrations in ceilings and walls with increased sound insulation requirements. The cable box consists of a galvanized sheet steel housing lined with fire retardant that foams up in the event of a fire. The fire barrier is functionally separated from the cold smoke seal and works independently of the seal. The functionality of the cable box is not interrupted during subsequent assignment work. The cable insulation is delivered as an industrially prefabricated, functional and ready-to-install component and is mortared or plastered in on site. Incorrect and over-assignments are almost impossible due to the design. The SoniFoam cable box meets increased noise protection requirements with specially shaped foam plugs. This cable box is particularly popular in residential buildings, in schools or in studios. The cables and the housing are sealed with a permanently elastic sealant (e.g. silicone or acrylic) or with the EasyFoam fire protection installation foam B1. Installation in light partition walls and solid walls from 100 mm thickness. In solid ceilings from 150 mm thickness. The cable box can be 100% occupied with cables of all kinds (without limitation of the cable diameter) and with empty electrical installation conduits according to DIN EN 61386 with and without cable assignment up to a diameter of 63 mm. Kabelabschottungen SoniFoam „System Wichmann“ ®: Brandabschottung von Kabeldurchführungen mit erhöhtem Schallschutz zum Einbau in Wänden und Decken. Feuerbeständige Abschottungen von Kabeldurchführungen in Decken und Wänden nach DIN 4102 S90, bestehend aus einem verzinkten Stahlblechgehäuse, ausgekleidet mit im Brandfall aufschäumendem Brandschutzmittel und beidseitig geschlossen mit SoniFoam-Schaumstopfen. Die Brandabschottung muss funktionell von der Kaltrauchabdichtung getrennt sein und unabhängig von der Abdichtung funktionieren. Die Funktionsfähigkeit darf bei Nachrüstungsarbeiten nicht unterbrochen sein. Die Kabelabschottung ist als fertiges Bauelement zu liefern und einzumörteln. Die Montage erfolgt gemäß der beiliegenden Montageanleitung. Kaltrauchabdichtung mit stirnseitigen SoniFoam-Schaumstopfen. Diese werden grob zugeschnitten und in die Restöffnungen eingesetzt. Verbleibende Öffnungen sind mit einem dauerelastischen Dichtstoff (z.B. Silikon, Acryl, ...) oder EasyFoam – Brandschutzmontageschaum kaltrauchdicht zu verschließen. Zugelassen vom DIBt Berlin unter der Nummer Z-19.15-202. FTZ Spezifikation 736 53 FS 1/07.88. Die Abschottung wird inkl. Montageanleitung, Schaumstopfen und Güteschild geliefert. Schallschutztechnisch geprüft nach DIN EN 20 140-10, DIN EN ISO 140-3, DIN EN ISO 717-1, Normschallpegeldifferenz Dn,e,w von 64 dB* belegt mit Kabeln und Leerrohren (*der resultierende Schallschutz ist abhängig von den Einbaubedingungen). Einbau nach ABG Z-19.53-2517. Für den Einbau ist keine Verarbeiter-Zertifizierung notwendig. Folgende Anforderungen sind an die Kabelabschottungen zu stellen: Feuerwiderstandsklasse S90 nach DIN 4102. Die einfache und absolut staubfreie Nachrüstung und Instandhaltung müssen auch ohne zulassungsgebundene Spezialbaustoffe oder spezielle Verarbeiter-Zulassungen oder Schulungen jederzeit möglich sein. Nachweis über die bestandene Emissionsuntersuchung auf VVOC, VOC und SVOC nach dem Prüf- und Bewertungsschema des Ausschusses zur gesundheitlichen Bewertung von Bauprodukten (AgBB) (bei Abdichtung mit den von Wichmann empfohlenen Dichtstoffen). Im Hinblick auf wirtschaftliche und brandschutztechnische Nachhaltigkeit darf das angebotene Schottsystem kein Kombischott sein. Deckeneinbau oben-bündig zugelassen. Zugelassen für Kabel aller Art ohne Begrenzung des Kabeldurchmessers sowie für Kabelbündel. Zugelassen für Hohlleiter bis 68 mm x 41 mm und Koaxialhohlleiter bis 60 mm. Zugelassen für Bündelrohrsysteme bis 50 mm Durchmesser und Bündeladerleitungen bis 24 mm Durchmesser. Zugelassen für alle Leerrohre nach DIN EN 61386 mit und ohne Kabelbelegung bis zu einem Durchmesser von 63 mm sowie Leerrohrbündel; die Kabeldurchmesser dürfen auch in Leerrohren nicht begrenzt sein. Der Innenraum der Abschottung ist zu 100 % mit Kabeln und /oder Leerrohren belegbar; die Abschottung darf nicht überbelegbar sein. Bei vollständiger Belegung darf der Kabeldurchmesser nicht eingeschränkt sein. Keine Abstandsvorschriften zwischen Kabeln, Leerrohren, Leerrohrbündeln, Hohlleitern oder Bündelrohren. Einbau, Abdichtung und Instandhaltung müssen auch von nur einer Schottseite möglich und zugelassen sein. Nachweis über die Schallschutzeigenschaften. Die verwendeten Materialien müssen geruchsneutral sein. Alle verwendeten Materialien müssen recyclebar sein. Im Brandfall dürfen durch die Abschottung keine zusätzlichen toxischen Gase entstehen. Gleichwertige Systeme sind zugelassen; die Gleichwertigkeit muss in allen angegebenen Punkten gewährleistet sein und darf sich nicht nur auf die Feuerwiderstandsdauer beziehen; Manschetten, Mineralfaser-, Mörtel- oder Schaum- bzw. Schaumsteinschotts werden nicht als gleichwertig anerkannt.
