T-piece for Wichmann INSTAFIX ® BKI four-sided installation duct, pure white. The Wichmann INSTAFIX ® BKI installation duct is especially suitable for installation in escape and rescue routes and is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel or optionally in various RAL tones. Thanks to the up to 95% thinner wall thickness compared to other ducts, the usable cross section is significantly increased. In this way, the Wichmann INSTAFIX ® BKI installation duct can be installed quickly and easily, even in confined spaces. The Wichmann INSTAFIX ® BKI installation duct is supplied as an industrially prefabricated, functional and ready-to-install component. The Wichmann INSTAFIX ® BKI installation duct is classified for the fire resistance classes I30 to I120 according to DIN 4102 and has a general type approval in Germany. Assembly is carried out in accordance with the enclosed assembly instructions or aBG Z-19.30-2524. System benefits: Protection of escape and rescue routes from the effects of cable fires. Active fire load encapsulation and prevention of fire spread thanks to innovative intumescent coating. Reduces consequential damage and costs of a cable fire to a minimum. Various designs are possible: 4-, 3- and 2-sided from a size of 30 x 30 mm. Effortless and quick installation thanks to the particularly slim, lightweight design and tailor-made molded parts. Easy to assemble without fasteners. Direct wall and ceiling mounting, mounting below system shelves or on support systems possible. Support distance suspended up to 2100 mm. With direct mounting distance between mounting points up to 500 mm. Custom-fit, prefabricated trunking elements are even suitable for difficult installation situations. Pre-assembled moldings available. The creation of molded parts is also possible on site. Ideal for retrofitting. The installation duct has been tested in accordance with DIN 4102 Part 11 and provides proof of usability for fire resistance class I 30 - I 120 through a general type approval. The installation duct can be used in places in buildings where protection of the environment (e.g. escape and rescue routes, corridors, ceiling cavities, raised floors) from the effects of a cable fire is required. The installation duct is delivered as an industrially prefabricated, functional and ready-to-install component and must be able to be inspected throughout. The installation duct is manufactured on 4 sides as standard, but it can also be manufactured on 2 or 3 sides as an option. It must also be possible to create molded parts on site. The installation duct must be dust-free, impact and impact resistant. It is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal as standard, but can also be made of stainless steel or in various RAL colors as an option. The wall thickness of the installation duct must be 1.6 - 3.0 mm with a surface weight of approx. 6.5 kg/m² to 10.5 kg/m². The intumescent layer must not be removable.
