Acoustic box E "System Wichmann" ®. E = Extended = A sound-decoupled acoustic box for very good damping of airborne noise. The acoustic box E does not protect against fire events, but ensures peace and quiet thanks to its wavy waffle foam material. It is particularly suitable for soundproof walls and flying cabling. The box consists of two parts, each screwed onto one side of the wall or ceiling. Two acoustic boxes must therefore be used per penetration. The component opening itself always remains open. The frame of the box lies flat after screwing and seals with a foam rubber to the wall or ceiling. Mortaring in the box and subsequent sealing of the passage with silicone or acrylic are no longer necessary with this solution. The cover of the housing can be opened at any time with latches. In this way, cables and lines can be quickly reassigned and/or the foam layers can be removed and cut to fit the cable routes that have been laid. The sound insulation values ​​can be found in the technical data sheet. The assembly is carried out according to the enclosed assembly instructions. No processor certification is required for installation.

Akustikbox E „System Wichmann“ ®: Akustikbox E zur Schalldämmung von Kabeldurchführungen in Wänden und Decken. Akustikbox E bestehend aus verzinktem Stahlblechgehäuse, gefüllt mit Schallschutz-Schaumstofflagen. Es wird jeweils eine Box auf jeder Wandseite auf die Wand geschraubt. Die Kabel werden zwischen die Schaumstofflagen gelegt. Die Box wird mit Hilfe eines Spannverschlusses geschlossen. Eine zusätzliche Abdichtung mit dauerelastischem Dichtstoff entfällt. Die Akustikbox E ist jederzeit revisionierbar und kann flexibel an die Belegung angepasst werden. Die Akustikbox wird inkl. Montageanleitung und Güteschild geliefert. Geprüft nach DIN EN 20140-10 und DIN EN ISO 140-3. Die Tiefe der Box ist einheitlich 140 mm. Für den Einbau ist keine Verarbeiter-Zertifizierung notwendig. Schalldämmwerte: ohne Belegung Dn,e,w 54 Rw 30*; mit 50 % Belegung Dn,e,w 54 Rw 30* (*der resultierende Schallschutz ist abhängig von den Einbaubedingungen).
