Noise and smoke protection attachment for rectangular cable boxes "System Wichmann" ®. The flexible silencer for cable boxes in flight cabling. The sound and smoke protection attachment (SRV) is used if particularly high sound insulation requirements are placed on fire barriers and the barriers should also be able to be retrofitted quickly and non-destructively: Similar to the acoustic box in version E, the SRV is screwed to the wall or ceiling opening. The well-known cable box "System Wichmann" ® seals off the penetration safely in S90 quality and the SRV ensures noise protection and cold smoke protection. The lid is simply opened at the latch and the cables are placed between the foam layers. The advantage is that the corrugated surface of the foam layers in the SRV is designed in such a way that it can enclose the cables without creating lateral gussets. In this way, both cold smoke sealing and airborne sound insulation can be achieved without having to use sealants such as silicone. The SRV is therefore particularly suitable for flight cabling, e.g. in studios or laboratories, where cables are removed after use and must not stick together. The SRV has been tested for both fire protection and acoustics. The assembly is carried out according to the enclosed assembly instructions. No processor certification is required for installation.

Schall- und Rauchschutzvorsatz (SRV) für rechteckige Kabelabschottungen „System Wichmann“ ®. Schall- und Rauchschutzvorsatz, bestehend aus einem aufklappbaren Blechgehäuse gefüllt mit Waffelschaumstofflagen, passend zu rechteckigen Kabelboxen WD90, SoniFoam, EFD90 und W120. Der SRV wird entsprechend der Außenmaße der dazugehörigen Kabelbox gefertigt und mindestens auf einer Seite um die Box herum an die Wand geschraubt. Er verlängert die Kabelbox um 140 mm. Die durch die Kabelbox abgeschotteten Kabel werden zwischen die Waffelschaumstofflagen gelegt und von dem Schaumstoff fest umschlossen. Die Tiefe des SRV beträgt immer 150 mm. Der freie Innenraum der Kabelbox wird mit EasyFoam-Stopfen verfüllt. Die Montage erfolgt gemäß der beiliegenden Montageanleitung. Für den Einbau ist keine Verarbeiter-Zertifizierung notwendig. Schalldämmwerte: ohne Belegung Dn,e,w 59*, mit 50 % Belegung Dn,e,w 60*, mit 100 % Belegung Dn,e,w 59* (*der resultierende Schallschutz ist abhängig von den Einbaubedingungen). Folgende Anforderungen sind an den SRV zu stellen: Feuerwiderstandsklasse S90 nach DIN 4102 beim Einbau zusammen mit der Kabelbox WD90, SoniFoam oder EFD90. Feuerwiderstandsklasse S120 nach DIN 4102 beim Einbau zusammen mit der Kabelbox W120. Die einfache und absolut staubfreie Nachrüstung und Instandhaltung müssen auch ohne zulassungsgebundene Spezialbaustoffe oder spezielle Verarbeiter-Zulassungen oder Schulungen jederzeit möglich sein. Zugelassen für Kabel aller Art ohne Begrenzung des Kabeldurchmessers.
